This is a great smoothie for children, and adults of course.The sweet fresh pineapple, papaya and blueberries mask the spinach and avocado really well. I just recently tried papaya for the first time, and wasn’t sure if i was a huge fan, but came to really love it in my smoothies. With all these tropical flavors, close your eyes and dream of the beach!
• Papaya 2 slices
• Pineapple 2 slices
• 4 ice cubes
• 1/2 of an avocado
• 1 cup blueberries
• 1 cup fresh spinach
• 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
In a blender, vita mix or bullet, blend ingredients till smooth and enjoy!
