Weeknight crockpot chili

cpchiliThis chili is the BEST I’ve ever made and I love that I could just throw everything into the crockpot and let it work its magic!

Dinners like this make the afternoon way more relaxed, and dinner time a breeze. I have extra time to play with the kids outside, without having to rush in to prep dinner.

Make your life easier and your belly happy with this yummy chili!

Here’s how I did it!

2 lbs of grass-fed beef (you can use ground turkey if you prefer)

1 can of organic corn (drain)

1 small can of mild green chilies

2 packages of chili seasoning (I use organic McCormick’s)

1 large can of organic fire roasted tomatoes

1 can of organic black beans (drain)

1 large red or green pepper chopped

1 clove of minced garlic

Toss everything into your crockpot.(You can break up the beef with a fork, or wait until its done cooking and do it) set it to low, give it a stir to combine, and come back in about 6 hours!

I served mine with diced avocado and some cheddar cheese.

*Be sure to taste it, and make sure there’s enough salt!

ENJOY! OXOXO KATE
