If your looking for a healthy snack or side, then these fries are a must!
Really easy to throw together and SO delicious. Make them for an after school snack, appetizers for guests, or serve them along side a juicy burger.
You will need…
1 large sweet potato
1 tbsp fresh thyme
1/2 cup avocado/coconut oil
4 tbsp grated locatelli cheese
1 tsp sea salt
PREHEAT oven to 400
Cut your sweet potato into slices and put them on a cookie sheet. Drizzle on your oil and toss with your hands. Sprinkle on the salt and half of the fresh thyme and cheese.
roast for about 25 minutes, turning them halfway. Once their soft and golden brown, they will be done. Serve them up on a plate and sprinkle Them with the rest of your cheese and thyme.
