My Cleanser juice is one I love to have when my energy is dragging, and I’m just not feeling like myself. It has ingredients such as parsley, which is known to be great for detoxification. -1/2 of a lemon
-10 carrots
-4 leaves of bok choy
-1/2 of a apple
-6 sprigs of fresh parsley (flat leaf)
-Cut about 2 inches off of a fresh ginger root (pictured above)
**If you don’t have all the ingredients listed above and only a few, try to stick with lemon, parsley,carrot and apple.
